A breast augmentation surgery with implants which can be placed either underneath the breast gland (subglandular position) or under the chest/pectoralis muscles (submuscular plane). Dr Schlaudraff also performs the natural breast augmentation, or as it is also called, fat grafting to the breast. The method of a natural breast augmentation is based on ultrasound assisted liposuction (often harvested from the abdomen) which is then injected to the breasts. The choice of surgical technique depends on the quality of your skin, the quality and volume of the fatty tissue and breast gland as well as the presence of excess skin / a sagging of the breasts – for example after having lost some breast volume during a pregnancy.
