During your consultation, Dr Schlaudraff will ask what you would like to improve about your face, and help you decide on the appropriate procedure to meet with your expectations. When it is creasing or wrinkling that inconveniences the patient, rather than sagging skin, Dr Schlaudraff may suggest alternative aesthetic medicine treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox®, Xeomin® and Azzalure®), or hyaluronic acid injections, laser treatment, a Fractora treatment or another suitable solution.
Endoscopic brow lift is normally carried out under general anaesthesia. This procedure is usually performed without hospitalisation, in Concept Clinic’s state-of-the-art surgical centre, which meets the highest standards of comfort, safety and hygiene. Dr Schlaudraff performs the endoscopic brow lift by means of several tiny incisions concealed under the hairline, which makes traces of the operation less obtrusive and ensures a shorter and more comfortable recovery for the patient.
After a brow lift, most patients are able to resume their normal activities within seven to ten days after the operation. It is advisable to avoid vigorous physical or sporting activities for at least four weeks. Once the bruising and swelling diminishes, patients can take full advantage of their new, youthful, rested and relaxed appearance.
